Background
The foundation of Sigmalis Talent Services is based on a long-standing professional collaboration between the two actual directors of Sigmalis in Geneva, entrepreneurs since 2007 in IT consulting and engineering and a seasoned entrepreneur, former recruitment agency director and HR expert with over thirty years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland.
United by strong values, such as transparency, service quality, trust and respect, they created an entity dedicated to specialized recruitment and innovative HR solutions, combining technological understanding with in-depth knowledge of human and organizational challenges.

Managing Partner
With 30 years of experience in IT services and individual coaching, including over 20 years dedicated to specialized recruitment, she has supported hundreds of companies in French-speaking Switzerland in their search for IT, digital, support, and executive profiles. Founder and director of a recruitment agency for eight years, she brings a pragmatic market perspective, authentic listening skills, and high standards of quality and ethics. She now leads operations and client relations at Sigmalis Talent Services with a resolutely human and results-driven approach.
Aurélien Gisbert
Managing Partner
Co-founder of the Sigmalis Group, he brings over 20 years of executive leadership in IT consulting and engineering. Trained as an engineer, he has solid experience in team management, administrative and financial leadership, and HR governance. His understanding of organizations and complex technical environments strengthens the Group’s foundations and ensures a reliable, structured framework aligned with the requirements of the French-speaking Swiss market.
Sébastien Mermet
Managing Partner
Co-founder of the Sigmalis Group, he has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, business analysis, and project management within complex technical environments. A senior consultant with dual functional and technical expertise, he has led strategic and international projects for many years. Now Head of Sales for the Group, he brings a deep understanding of business challenges, strong client focus, and an operational mindset.
